            Basketball Recap: McIntosh Chiefs vs. Dutchtown Bulldogs        
        
		
        
        
            McIntosh lost against Dutchtown back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The McIntosh Chiefs came up short against  the Dutchtown Bulldogs, falling  64-42.
 Despite the loss, McIntosh still got an impressive performance from   Anna Dyachenko, who  posted 14 points and five  boards.  Alida Stout was another key player,  putting up ten  points.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dutchtown to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Laylah Simpson, who  en route to 15 points along with six  rebounds and three  steals. Simpson is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed three or more in each of the last four games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Li'Ara Stephenson, who  earned 16  points in addition to five  boards and three  steals.
McIntosh has  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record  this season. Dutchtown is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record  this season.
 McIntosh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dutchtown, they have already played their next contest,  a  61-39  defeat against Morrow on the 14th.
