Baseball Recap: Paris Comes Up Short

Paris lost against Fayette back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Coyotes fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 4-3. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paris' defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Fayette, their victory bumped their record up to 3-12.

Paris and Fayette could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings. The Coyotes (ranked 425th) will meet Westran (ranked 139th) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fayette will square off against Tipton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (429 vs. 176).
