Basketball Recap: Alberton Comes Up Short

Alberton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Drummond Trojans, falling 50-7. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Alberton's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Drummond, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Looking ahead, Alberton will head out on the road to square off against Two Eagle River at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Drummond has already played their next game (against West Yellowstone), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
