Basketball Recap: Crossroads Christian Warriors vs. The Grove School Ravens
The Crossroads Christian Warriors have not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They took down The Grove School 51-34 on Thursday. That 17 point margin sets a new team best for Crossroads Christian this season.
Crossroads Christian was led to victory by Dean MacRitchie and Jacob Faldas. MacRitchie dropped a double-double on ten points and 24 rebounds, while Faldas scored 26 points along with five steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Faldas has scored at least a third of Crossroads Christian's points. Brandon Rayson was another key contributor, scoring five points along with ten rebounds.
Crossroads Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-13. As for The Grove School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Crossroads Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. The Grove School also has no future games currently scheduled.
