Volleyball Recap: Deep Run Victorious

Deep Run took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against St. Catherine, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats won by a set and slipped past the Saints 3-2. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Saints walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Deep Run has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for St. Catherine's, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-5.

Deep Run didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Thomas Dale on the 4th. As for St. Catherine's, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Christchurch School on the 3rd.
