Football Game Recap: Downingtown West vs. Bishop Shanahan

Things haven't been easy for Bishop Shanahan, and their matchup on Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it on Friday as the squad lost 13-14 to Downingtown West.

Bishop Shanahan's loss pushes them down to 3-6. The victory makes it two in a row for Downingtown West and bumps their record up to 8-1.

Bishop Shanahan will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Oxford. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match. As for Downingtown West, they will go up against East. Both of those teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
