Kylie Medina was huge no matter where she played even without the win. She tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.
