Baseball Recap: Calhoun Academy Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Calhoun Academy Cougars came up short against the Ingomar Falcons and fell 6-1.

Calhoun Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bronnor Bingham, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Calhoun Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Ingomar, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Coming up, Calhoun Academy will venture away from home to square off against Tunica Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ingomar has already played their next game (against Baldwyn), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
