Baseball Recap: Vision Takes a Loss

Vision was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Clearwater Valley Rams, falling 9-3.

Payton Williams was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. He has become a key player for Vision: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 0-3 otherwise. Laken Wilson was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Vision's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Clearwater Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Vision didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-1 defeat against Cole Valley Christian on the 28th. As for Clearwater Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-6 loss against Troy on the 28th.
