Softball Recap: North Central Takes a Loss

After flying high against Warren Central last Tuesday, North Central came back down to earth. The Panthers wound up with the same score they had in their last game (13-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The result was an unpleasant reminder to them of the 15-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

North Central now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Carmel, their record now sits at 2-10.

Coming up, North Central will be playing at home against Cathedral at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Fighting Irish have now posted at least ten runs in their last six matches. As for Carmel, they will head out on the road to face off against Pendleton Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
