Volleyball Recap: Limon Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Limon lost against Bennett back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Badgers fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2. The Badgers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Limon actually scored more points across those five sets (103-102), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-19, 14-25, 28-26, 15-8.

Madison Witt paced Limon's offense, picking up 19 kills. Witt got some help from Braelyn Malcom and her 41 assists. Chloe Stone controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Kaylonnie Mclaury was nothing short of spectacular for Bennett: she had 24 digs and one assist. Those 24 digs gave Mclaury a new career-high.

Limon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bennett, they moved to 5-9 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Limon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Wiggins on the 2nd. As for Bennett, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Middle Park on the 3rd.
