Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ansley Pardue and Sydni Vice Lead Houston to Victory

Houston saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Jackson Christian Eagles by a score of 2-0.

Houston was led to victory by Sydni Vice and Ansley Pardue. Vice had ten kills and four digs, while Pardue had 13 assists and two aces. Vice is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last 29 games she's played dating back to last season.

Houston's record now sits at 3-1. As for Jackson Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Houston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Bartlett on the 23rd. As for Jackson Christian, they will take on Harding Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
