Basketball Recap: Milford Takes a Loss

Milford lost against Lake Forest back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Milford Buccaneers lost 40-14 to the Lake Forest Spartans. The game marked the Buccaneers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Milford's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Lake Forest, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.

Milford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-31 defeat against Cape Henlopen on the 31st. Lake Forest has also already played their next game (against Early College), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
