Preview: Ephrata Mountaineers vs. Donegal Indians
Ephrata is 6-0 against Donegal since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Ephrata Mountaineers will head out on the road to face off against the Donegal Indians at 7:30 p.m. Donegal took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Ephrata, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Ephrata earned a 59-52 win over Garden Spot. The win made it back-to-back wins for Ephrata.
Meanwhile, Donegal unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 54-47 to Lampeter-Strasburg.
The victory got Ephrata back to even at 2-2. As for Donegal, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.
Ephrata didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Donegal when the teams last played back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 48-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ephrata since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
