Baseball Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

Westside lost to Gosnell two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1.

Westside saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Will Ferguson, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Westside's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Gosnell, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Westside nor Gosnell have any future games scheduled.
