Mulberry is a perfect 5-0 against Auburndale since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Panthers will square off against the Bloodhounds at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mulberry comes in on four and Auburndale on six.

Last Tuesday, Mulberry made easy work of Lake Region and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Mulberry might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lake Region scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 25-21.

Auburndale not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th. Everything went their way against Winter Haven as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Auburndale was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-15.

Mulberry's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Auburndale, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Mulberry was able to grind out a solid win over Auburndale in their previous matchup back in March, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
