Basketball Game Preview: Heritage Huskies vs. Rolesville Rams

The Heritage Huskies will venture away from home to square off against the Rolesville Rams at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Heritage is headed into the contest having just suffered their closest loss since January 9th on Friday. They fell just short of Knightdale by a score of 39-36. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Rolesville fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Millbrook on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took an 87-76 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (59), the Rams still had to take the loss.

Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Rolesville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.

Things could have been worse for Heritage, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 76-60 loss to Rolesville in their previous meeting last Tuesday. Can Heritage avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
