Volleyball Recap: The King's Academy Triumphs

The King's Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lanier Longhorns. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Ayla Ringelberg paced The King's Academy's offense, picking up five kills. Ringelberg got some help from Cara Richard and her 15 assists. Ella Hames controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

The King's Academy has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Lanier, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-4.

The King's Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Valwood on the 9th. As for Lanier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against St. Andrew's on the 9th.
