Volleyball Recap: Miller School of Albemarle Comes Up Short

Miller School of Albemarle lost against Eastern Mennonite back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mavericks took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flames. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 25-27, 25-22.

Miller School of Albemarle's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Eastern Mennonite, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Miller School of Albemarle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Carlisle on the 3rd. As for Eastern Mennonite, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Virginia Episcopal School on the 2nd.
