Softball Recap: Northside Christian Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Northside Christian finally came back down to earth on Monday. They lost 15-2 to the David Thibodaux Bulldogs. That makes it the first time this season the Warriors have let down their home crowd.

Northside Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for David Thibodaux, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-15.

Looking ahead, Northside Christian will take on St. Edmund at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for David Thibodaux, they will face off against Westminster Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Chargers have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season.
