New Hampton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Central Springs Panthers, sneaking past 44-42. For the Chickasaws, this counts as revenge for the 55-45 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

New Hampton's record is now 5-14. As for Central Springs, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
