First Coast is 7-1 against Wolfson since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The First Coast Buccaneers will challenge the Wolfson Wolfpack at 7:00 p.m. Neither First Coast nor Wolfson posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

First Coast will head out to face Wolfson after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. First Coast fell 4-0 to Nease. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Buccaneers were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Wolfson fell victim to Providence School and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stallions. The Wolfpack have struggled against the Stallions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meetings.

First Coast's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Wolfson, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. First Coast has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.9 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Wolfson struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.8 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.

First Coast skirted past Wolfson 2-1 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for First Coast since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
