Soccer Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington fell victim to Pius X and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Thunderbolts, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Lexington can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked 36th, while Pius X are ranked fifth).

Lexington's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Pius X, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Lexington nor Pius X have any future games scheduled.
