Football Game Preview: Harrisonville Wildcats vs. Cassville Wildcats

Harrisonville are taking a road trip to take on Cassville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Harrisonville is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

It was a proper cat-fight when Harrisonville challenged Warrensburg on Friday. The Wildcats walked away with a 35-28 win over the Tigers. The score was all tied up 21-21 at the break, but the Wildcats were the better team in the second half.

Levi Hall produced another solid performance rushing for 162 yards and two TDs, while also throwing for 135 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in October of 2024. A healthy portion of Hall's aerial production (80 yards to be exact) went to Stryker Gilmore.

Meanwhile, Cassville came up short against Lamar on Friday and fell 35-26.

Cassville's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Harrisonville, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Harrisonville didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Cassville when the teams last played back in September of 2024, but they still walked away with a 13-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Harrisonville since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
