In what's become a running theme this season, the Greenville H Hurricanes gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics 55-20 at home. The win was nothing new for Greenville H as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Greenville H's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lillian Hendley, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Keely Price, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
Greenville H pushed their record up to 17-1 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenville H will challenge Carolina Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Carolina Academy is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak. Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Providence Athletic Club at 4:00 p.m. on January 27th.
