Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Manning). They claimed a resounding 53-20 victory over the Mullins Auctioneers. Considering the Monarchs have won three contests by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

When it comes to explaining why Mullins lost on Friday, don't look at Kanazzion Bethea. Despite the final result, he rushed for 119 yards and two scores on only 14 carries, and also threw for 150 yards and one TD.

Manning now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Mullins, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Manning has already played their next game, a 16-14 win against Atlantic Collegiate Academy on the 17th. As for Mullins, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 34-14 defeat against East Clarendon on the 17th.
