Basketball Recap: Decorah-North Winneshiek Comes Up Short

Decorah-North Winneshiek and Xavier squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Decorah-North Winneshiek had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Xavier Saints 86-35. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Saints recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Decorah-North Winneshiek's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Xavier, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 24-4.

As of now, neither Decorah-North Winneshiek nor Xavier have any future games scheduled.
