Basketball Recap: Yamhill-Carlton Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Yamhill-Carlton duked it out withCorbett on Wednesday. The Yamhill-Carlton Tigers took a 59-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Corbett Cardinals. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Yamhill-Carlton's loss dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Corbett, their victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Neah-Kah-Nie the next time they take the court. Corbett will head out to face Neah-Kah-Nie at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Yamhill-Carlton will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
