Basketball Recap: Founders Classical Academy Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

On Tuesday, the Founders Classical Academy Voyagers were able to grind out a solid victory over YES Prep White Oak, taking the game 30-22. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Voyagers.

Founders Classical Academy found their leader in sophomore Kameryn Henderson, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Floro, who put up seven points.

Founders Classical Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.2 points per game. As for YES Prep White Oak, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Founders Classical Academy and YES Prep White Oak will both be playing Harmony School of Advancement the next time they take the court. Founders Classical Academy will host Harmony School of Advancement at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, while YES Prep White Oak will host them at 5:30 p.m. on February 11th.
