Softball Recap: North Zulch Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Zulch's offense. They came up short against the Snook Bluejays on Tuesday, falling 16-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Bluejays: they've now lost nine in a row.

North Zulch's record now sits at 0-11. As for Snook, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-14-1 record.

Looking ahead, North Zulch will head out to face off against Mumford at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Snook, they will face off against Iola at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bluejays are on a four-game streak of home losses, and the Bulldogs a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck.
