Castle View waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Thomas Jefferson Spartans. This was payback for the Sabercats, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Tatum Rogers paced Castle View's offense, picking up seven kills. Rogers got some help from Kaiya Gilbert and her 17 assists. Brooklyn Gilbert controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Castle View's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Thomas Jefferson, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-6.

Castle View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Pueblo West on the 1st.
