Recap: Freeman Scotties vs. Pullman Greyhounds
The Freeman Scotties won the last time they faced the Pullman Greyhounds, and things went their way on Thursday too. Freeman snuck past Pullman with a 55-50 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Freeman.
Freeman got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brooke Berglund out in front who scored 14 points. Natalie Semprimoznik was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Freeman now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pullman, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Freeman will be playing at home against Clarkston at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Clarkston is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Pullman, they will head out on the road to face off against Moscow at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in their respective states (Moscow is ranked 47th in Idaho, while Pullman is ranked 63rd in Washington).
