South Delta lost against Simmons back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs were beaten by the Blue Devils 37-8. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Marvin Powell threw for 127 yards and one touchdown on only 12 passes. Dekevion Miller was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards.

South Delta's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Simmons, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. South Delta is set to square off against their familiar foe Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Simmons will challenge rival Shaw at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
