Recap: Hanover Hawks vs. Deep Run Wildcats
The Hanover Hawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell 64-52 to Deep Run. Hanover was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Deep Run apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Deep Run's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chris Suber, who scored 15 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Quentin Morgan was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with eight rebounds and four blocks.
Hanover has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season. As for Deep Run, their win bumped their record up to an identical 7-8.
