If Frontier was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Williamsville East on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons fell 3-1 to the Orchard Park Quakers on Tuesday. The Falcons' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

While Frontier had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-18, 19-25, 25-23.

Frontier's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Orchard Park, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-3.

Frontier will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarence at 7:30 p.m. on the 20th. As for Orchard Park, they will host Canisius at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
