Volleyball Game Preview: Frenship Tigers vs. Boerne-Champion Chargers

The Frenship Tigers will take on the Boerne-Champion Chargers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Frenship is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Andrews just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1.

The 2-1 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by two points or less. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-23, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Boerne-Champion entered their tilt with Wall on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 2-0.

Frenship's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Boerne-Champion, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
