The Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers will square off against the Hopedale Blue Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Blackstone Valley RVT is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Blackstone Valley RVT narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Ashland 6-4.

Luke Charron looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, Alex Vosburgh was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Jacob Macdonald was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Hopedale unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Uxbridge by a score of 4-2.

Blackstone Valley RVT's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Hopedale, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Blackstone Valley RVT took their victory against Hopedale in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 9-2 score. Will the Beavers repeat their success, or do the Blue Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
