Baseball Game Preview: Carver Montgomery Wolverines vs. Goshen Eagles

The Carver Montgomery Wolverines will challenge the Goshen Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Carver Montgomery has given up an average of 10.5 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Carver Montgomery came up short against LAMP on Friday, falling 14-2. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Goshen waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by a 21-9 margin over Pleasant Home. Considering Goshen has won four games by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Carver Montgomery's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Goshen, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
