Baseball Recap: Chattanooga Central Comes Up Short

Chattanooga Central fell victim to Hixson and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 11-0. The Pounders just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Chattanooga Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Hixson, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 18-5.

Looking ahead, Chattanooga Central will head out to take on Meigs County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hixson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sequatchie County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
