Baseball Recap: West Fargo Comes Up Short

Horace hit West Fargo with a four-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Packers fell just short of Horace by a score of 4-2. The game marked the Packers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

West Fargo has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 1.5 runs. As for Horace, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.
