Baseball Recap: Central Catholic Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Central Catholic's tournament run continued when they took on Sterling on Friday. The Central Catholic Buttons walked away with a 6-3 win over the Sterling Rangers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buttons.

Landon Holloway looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.

At the plate, Central Catholic let Jason Sapp and Jason Herrera run wild. Sapp scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2, while Herrera scored two runs while going 2-for-2. Herrera also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season.

Central Catholic always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .560. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
