Basketball Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short

If Liberty was riding high fresh off their 65-41 takedown of Hazen last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Liberty Patriots lost 58-33 to the Mount Si Wildcats on Wednesday. The Patriots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 47-41.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Mount Si, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Liberty will take on Bellevue at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Bellevue is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.1 points per game this season. As for Mount Si, they will face off against Juanita at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
