Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask White House-Heritage). They were the clear victors by a 15-2 margin over the East Robertson Indians on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Logan Newton and Cameron Jackson did most of the damage at the plate: Newton scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Jackson scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. Those two hits gave Newton a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Nate Dixon, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

White House-Heritage always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .639. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

White House-Heritage pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for East Robertson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.
