Baseball Recap: Kings Comes Up Short

Kings was the 9-2 winner over West Clermont when they last played one another back in May of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights fell 6-2 to the Wolves on Monday.

Kings has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for West Clermont, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-8.

While Kings had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
