Volleyball Recap: Oran Takes a Loss

Oran lost against Malden back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Green Wave by a score of 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Oran started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-16, 25-11.

Oran now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Malden, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1-3.

Oran didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Risco on the 13th. As for Malden, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Bloomfield on the 13th.
