Baseball Game Preview: Freedom Patriots vs. East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves

Freedom is 6-1 against East Stroudsburg North since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Patriots will head out on the road to square off against the Timberwolves at 4:00 p.m. Neither Freedom nor East Stroudsburg North posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Freedom is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Pennsylvania's top teams: Allentown Central Catholic, who was ranked 14th at the time (Freedom was ranked fifth). The Patriots fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Patriots' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Freedom took their win against East Stroudsburg North when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-0 score.
