Corbin has gone 8-1 against Pineville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Corbin Redhounds will take on the Pineville Mountain Lions at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Corbin will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating North Laurel, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Corbin managed a 66-61 victory over North Laurel on Friday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pineville). They walked away with a 95-86 win over Johnson Central on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Mountain Lions as they're now sitting on five straight.

Corbin's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Pineville, their victory bumped their record up to 19-7.

Everything came up roses for Corbin against Pineville when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured an 86-49 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Corbin since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
