Basketball Recap: Holgate Find Success

After losing to Edgerton the last time they met, Holgate decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Holgate Tigers secured a 38-33 W over the Edgerton Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Holgate has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-15 record this season. As for Edgerton, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holgate will welcome Gorham Fayette at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gorham Fayette will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Holgate surely won't give up without a fight. As for Edgerton, they will be playing at home against Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fairview has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
