Baseball Game Preview: Royal Palm Beach Wildcats vs. Suncoast Chargers

The Royal Palm Beach Wildcats will head out to square off against the Suncoast Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Royal Palm Beach has struggled recently with seven losses in a row, while Suncoast will arrive with three straight wins.

It was a proper cat-fight when Royal Palm Beach faced off against Boca Raton on Monday. The Wildcats lost 7-1 to the Bobcats.

Royal Palm Beach saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Santino Spidalieri, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Suncoast and Forest Hill had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Chargers skirted past the Falcons 4-3.

Royal Palm Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Suncoast, their victory bumped their record up to 14-9.

Royal Palm Beach might still be hurting after the 15-3 loss they got from Suncoast in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
