Basketball Game Preview: South Central Satellites vs. North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays

South Central hasn't had much luck against North Judson-San Pierre recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The South Central Satellites will take on the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in South Central's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.

South Central will bounce into Wednesday's contest after beating Morgan Township, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. South Central skirted past Morgan Township 62-59. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Satellites have posted since February 17, 2024.

Meanwhile, North Judson-San Pierre ended up a good deal behind Kankakee Valley on Friday and lost 50-31. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Central is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. North Judson-San Pierre's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13.

South Central couldn't quite finish off North Judson-San Pierre in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 and fell 52-50. Can South Central avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
